On behalf of a leading regional manufacturer of animal feed, a new production and storage facility with an integrated office area was realized. The aim was to expand existing capacities while at the same time making production processes more efficient.

The building complex includes spacious production and storage halls equipped with state-of-the-art technology, meeting the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and functionality. The office space is directly integrated into the hall structure, ensuring short distances between administration and production.

Particular attention was paid to a clear, functional architectural language. With its restrained use of materials and colors, the building blends harmoniously into its surroundings. The design also incorporates energy-efficient construction methods and sustainable concepts, such as an optimized building envelope and modern building services.

Thanks to the flexible hall structure, future expansion or repurposing is always possible. The new facility provides the company with optimal conditions for further growth and for future-proof production of high-quality animal feed.
