The architecture office was founded in close collaboration with project developer Ludger Westkämper, whose entrepreneurial vision has helped shape the location and spirit of the studio. Together, the aim is to combine conceptual strength with executional clarity – from design to delivery.

Since the end of 2023, the studio has been based at Kabelwerk B64 in Beelen – a former industrial site that Westkämper has revitalized into a creative campus. Today, the area is home to a growing number of design-oriented businesses and regularly hosts community events, including monthly vintage car gatherings.

The team now consists of five people working across architecture, planning, and project coordination in an open, collaborative environment.
